This Privacy Policy explains how the WWA Trading mobile app (“the app”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your information. The app is provided to enrolled WWA Trading students and is operated by W W A Marketing Services Co. L.L.C.

Information we collect

• Account & identity: your email address, name and LearnWorlds student profile, used to sign you in (via a one-time email code) and show your enrolled courses.
• Learning & trading data: course progress and any trades, notes or screenshots you choose to log in the in-app journal.
• Device & notifications: a push-notification token (if you enable notifications) so we can alert you about new lessons and live sessions.

How we use your information

• To authenticate you and give access to your courses and content.
• To store and display your trading journal and AI-coach conversations.
• To send notifications you have opted into.
• To provide customer and AI support within the app.

Third-party services

We share data only as needed with the services that power the app: LearnWorlds (courses & accounts), VdoCipher (secure video), Supabase (journal, coach & support storage), Discord (optional community linking), Resend (login emails), Anthropic (AI support & coach) and Expo/Apple (push notifications). We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete account). This permanently removes your trading journal, AI-coach conversations and support messages after a 30-day grace period, and revokes access immediately. You can also request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.
